• Carey B. Shore, a native Savannahian, has been in the Savannah real estate business since 1971 and is currently broker in charge of Shore, Bell and Seyle Realty, LLC. He is one of five partners in the development of Herb River Bend. Carey has been directly involved with the sales and/or development of four of Savannah's finest communities: Dutch Island, Long Point Plantation, Westbrook at Savannah Quarters and now Herb River Bend. Hobbies include fishing, crabbing, hunting, gin rummy, ball room dancing with Ginger and grandbaby sitting.

    Ginger (Virginia) Yearwood Shore, a native of Shelbyville, Tennessee, has recently returned to the real esate business and is also one of the partners in Herb River Bend. Ginger's knowledge of the market and eye for quality construction is an invaluable tool for newcomers. Her hobbies include ballroom dancing (very, very good), grandbaby sitting, painting, cooking and planning oyster roasts.
